After a directionless year spent going in every direction possible within South America (and Antarctica, for that matter), it was time for a change. More importantly, it was time for some actual change. As in money. Yes, travel ain't cheap. This doesn't necessarily preclude travel, but it does make life fairly weird. In this case, that weirdness is represented by a job in China teaching Software Engineering courses to Chinese and African students. In English, of course. I'm not that crazy. It's not as easy to travel here as it was last year, but there generally are still more interesting opportunities for it than there were in Maryland...
Sweet blog.
