I explained, either in this blog post or another, what the 25/10 rule was. I also explained that we were told that the animals are naturally curious and if, after we've stopped 10 feet from them, the penguins approach us we're allowed to let them do so. I did so. It's important that these animals are encouraged to interact with humans and that people should feel comfortable touching them, as you have displayed.
